Terms of Service
Please read our terms carefully before using Flex Nodes services
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flex Nodes hosting services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- No hosting of illegal content, including malware, phishing, or pirated material.
- Hosting adult or NSFW content is not allowed on any service plans.
- No hosting of bots/scripts intended for spam or scraping.
- No mining is allowed, hosting something illegal in our hosting isn't allowed either.
- Do not abuse system resources — fair use policies apply.
- Attacks, DDoS activity, or network scanning are strictly prohibited.
- Use your server responsibly. Idle, unused, or abusive servers may be removed.
- Our services do not provide any refund to any user, All payments are final.
- Yes, iDRACS aren't legal & haxxored, comes up with no warranty and no issue support will be given regarding to it..
- Respect other users — do not attempt to access other accounts or servers.
- File sharing hosts must not be used as CDN mirrors or for mass distribution.
- Keep backups — we are not responsible for lost data.
- Please make sure you've enough common sense to use a VPS, we won't provide knowledge from scratch i.e: To Open SSH
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Multiple failed login attempts may result in temporary account lockout.
- We reserve the right to suspend services if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Payment is required in advance for all hosting services.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
- Late payments may result in service suspension without notice.
- Recurring payments will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.
- While we strive for 100% uptime, we guarantee a 99.9% uptime for all services.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.
- We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms without refund.
- Customers may terminate services at any time by closing their account.
- Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted from our servers.
- Violating any rule may result in immediate suspension or termination without warning.
